Our powder coating line can accommodate a part size of 36” x 50” with lengths up to 14 feet and weights up to 40 lbs per foot! We can coat wire, sheet metal, structural steel, tool steel, weldments, tubing, aluminum and any ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

In addition to providing you with a high quality powder coat finish we can perform special packaging, labeling, bar coding and masking.

• Epoxy/Polyester Hybrid - Decorative, functional, indoor use, chemical resistance
• Polyurethane - Interior/Exterior, low film thickness, good weather resistance

• Hybrids - Specially formulated for unique needs
• FDA Approved - Hybrid use in food and drug industries
• Anti-Microbial - Prevents spread of microbes and bacteria
